Groups and group leaders have come to depend on Laugh Out Loud’s special group rates for every party of 20 or more which includes: dinner, show, tax and gratuity.
GROUPS OF 20 OR MORE RECEIVE:
- - If your group is arriving by motorcoach, the group leader and bus driver will each receive a complimentary dinner and show ticket. These are non-transferable.
- - Free and Well-lit Parking
- - Enjoy gracious hospitality upon arrival and throughout the event
SEATING ASSIGNMENTS AND GROUP RATES:
Reserve early and get the best available seating. The party size must be 20 or more paying customers.
COMPLIMENTARY DINNER & SHOW TICKETS:
All motorcoach drivers and the group leader will receive complimentary dinner and show tickets when arriving by motorcoach. Tickets are NOT TRANSFERABLE and will be void if they are not used by the driver and group leader.
CONTRACT and DEPOSIT:
You will receive a contract for your trip within one week after making your reservation. The contract should be signed and returned with a $250 deposit by the date indicated on the contract. If a reservation is made less than one month prior to the performance, full payment must be made at the time of reservation.
FINAL COUNT and PAYMENT: Final payment is due two weeks before the performance date. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order. We also accept all major credit cards.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:
Cancellations of the entire group must be received at least 30 days prior to the performance date in order to receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs less than a 30 day time frame, group loses the deposit. Emergency cancellations of individual group tickets MAY NOT exceed 5% of the final count and must be called in before 9:00am the day of the performance.
The gratuity is included. There are no hidden charges!
You will receive your final seating assignments upon final payment. Individual tickets are not printed for groups.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have a dress code?
Both of our venues are used quite often for special occasions so you might want to wear something that you would wear for a nice evening out. However, it is not mandatory.
What is your cancellation policy?
Group cancellations need to made at least 30 days prior to a performance in order to receive a full refund. Individual cancellations need to be made by 9:00am the day of the performance.If a group cancels less than 30 days, they are obligated to pay for the balance of the contract.
Can you hold reservations?
Seats will not be held without a reservation. When reserving for a group, please look under Group Guidelines.
Can I pay be check for my reservations?
Checks are accepted, but must be received within one week after the reservation is made.
Is photography or video taping allowed?
Photography or videotaping of a show is prohibited by law. Also, flash photography is disruptive to performers. However, feel free to take pictures before or after the performance.
Can I use my cell phone during the show?
Cell phones should be turned off or placed on vibrate during a performance. Relax and enjoy the show!
Where is parking?
Parking is on site and complimentary.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Both of our venues are wheelchair accessible. The The Bethwood also has an elevator.
Where are the performers from?
The performers are selected from New York City auditions as well as locally within Westchester County, New York. Other entertainers are from all across the country and abroad.
